Latvia flag coloring page
Two wide carmine red stripes frame a white stripe that is only half as tall. Officially adopted in 1921, it was suppressed under Soviet rule after 1940. Latvia restored it on 27 February 1990, a short time before independence returned. A chronicle suggests the colors date to the 13th century.
