India flag coloring page
India's Tiranga has saffron, white and green horizontal bands, with a navy blue wheel of 24 spokes, the Ashoka Chakra, in the middle. It was adopted on 22 July 1947 from the Swaraj flag of the independence movement, swapping its spinning wheel for the chakra.

About the flag of India
What it means: The bands were given the meanings courage and sacrifice, peace and truth, and faith and chivalry. The Ashoka Chakra represents the eternal wheel of law.
Did you know? Until a 2021 rule change, the flag could only be made from khadi, a hand-spun cloth popularized by Mahatma Gandhi.
